#DisneyMagicMoments: Cooking Up the Magic with a Disney Vacation Club Recipe from Disney’s Riviera Resort

The most recent addition to our collection of Disney Vacation Club properties at Walt Disney World Resort is the incredible Disney’s Riviera Resort. Inspired by the magic of Europe that Walt himself fell in love with during his travels, this beautiful resort represents relaxation by the Riviera with elegant architecture, stylish accommodations and, of course, deliciously exquisite food!

The resort features two casual dining restaurants: Primo Piatto for quick snacks, savory sandwiches, salads, and more and Le Petit Café for coffee, pastries, late-night drinks, and small plates. And sitting atop this elegant tower is the resort’s signature restaurant, Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera.

New and Returning Entertainment Experiences Abound at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

We’ve been pleased to be able to reintroduce a number of guest favorites to the Walt Disney World theme parks in recent weeks, along with some fun, seasonal surprises. Today, I’m thrilled to tell you that another popular entertainment experience, “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration,” is returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Beginning Monday, October 5, you can once again join Erik and Aria, the Royal Historians of Arendelle, for their comedic retelling of the unique story of their kingdom, filled with delightful, sing-along moments from Disney’s “Frozen” and special appearances by Anna, Elsa and Kristoff. “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” will be the same incredible show guests have loved for the past six years, with some adjustments to staging and audience seating to allow for appropriate physical distancing.

New and Returning Entertainment Experiences Abound at Disney’s Hollywood Studios The Incredibles

During your visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll also want to be on the lookout for some of the biggest Disney and Pixar stars, as they make their way up Hollywood Boulevard and across the park in special, pop-up motorcades. Rolling intermittently throughout the day, you never know when some of your favorite characters might pass by, so have your camera ready! Each celebrity motorcade features stars on the street and others – like Mickey Mouse, Edna Mode or Doc McStuffins – riding in colorful custom convertibles powered by Chevrolet.

Mickey and Friends Motorcade highlights Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto and their friends Chip ‘n’ Dale, accompanied by a bouncy musical score inspired by Disney cartoon shorts. The Pixar Pals Motorcade takes the Incredibles, Woody, Buzz Lightyear and others down the avenue, waving to their fans to the beat of the Green Army Drum Corps. And the Disney Junior Stars Motorcade brings favorite TV friends Fancy Nancy, Doc McStuffins and Vampirina to Hollywood Boulevard.

Disney Junior fans are also invited to join the fun at “Disney Junior Play & Dance!” in the Animation Courtyard. Each party performance throughout the day features a dynamic DJ spinning favorite songs from Disney Junior TV shows, plus special onstage appearances by Disney Junior stars such as Mickey Mouse, Vampirina and more.

If you’ve got plans to visit Disney’s Hollywood Studios this fall, be sure to catch all these great entertainment experiences while enjoying the parks.

Get a First Look at Some of the Exciting New Experiences Coming to Tokyo Disneyland Before Opening

Last week, we announced that the latest expansion to Tokyo Disneyland Park — featuring New Fantasyland, Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast, The Happy Ride with Baymax and Minnie’s Style Studio — is set to open to guests on Monday, September 28!

Ahead of the opening, I’m excited to share three new
behind-the-scenes videos featuring Disney Imagineers showcasing the exciting new
things to explore in the Park’s largest expansion ever. Across Fantasyland,
Tomorrowland and Toontown, these new attractions, restaurants and shops have
transformed the park into a magical new experience that we can’t wait to share.

The newest area of Fantasyland will immerse guests in the
world of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Beauty and the Beast.” Belle’s village
will make guests feel like they’ve dropped into the beginning of the classic
film and are getting ready to follow Belle on her adventure. The centerpiece of
the area, Beauty and the Beast Castle, will hover above the land and house the
new attraction, Enchanted Tale of Beauty
and the Beast
.

Over in Tomorrowland, The Happy Ride with Baymax, inspired by Disney Animation’s Oscar-winning film, “Big Hero 6,will celebrate the fan-favorite character Baymax as guests join their very own personal healthcare companion for an exciting musical whip ride set to swing them round and round.

Then last, but certainly not least, over in Toontown, international fashion designer Minnie Mouse will welcome guests into Minnie’s Style Studio, where guests can meet the mouse herself and take photos with her modeling her own fashionable creations.

Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea are owned and operated by Oriental Land Co, Ltd.
