In a rumor going around on the WDW Magic Boards member t3techcom18 states that the Spaceship Earth refurbishment will be pushed back and that the fan-favorite attraction will reopen when Epcot does on July 15th!
According to the Local 362 Union, the union responsible for representing Attractions, answered a question in a Zoom meeting regarding SSE’s rehab HAS been pushed back and WILL reopen with the rest of the park.
Last week we shared the news about Spaceship Earth closing starting on May 26th for refurbishment as part of the exciting transformation of Epcot.
As of right now the attraction still shows closed for refurbishment on the Disney World website.
As soon as we receive the official word we will share it here on Chip and Co.
