Due to the current global situation, Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris theme parks will be closed until further notice. When Disney World initially closed back in March, Disney announced that monthly payments for Annual Passholders on the payment plan would continue.

Disney later overturned this decision and announced that monthly payments would be paused until the parks reopen. However, fees from March had already been charged by the time Disney changed their decision and Passholders on the payment plan have been patiently waiting for their refunds ever since.

We took a peek into our bank accounts this weekend and saw that one month of Passholder payments had been refunded. We took this to mean that our March payment has been refunded to our accounts.

Our bank statements showed “WDW AP Monthly Pa 5/28 Refund” from “Walt Disney World.” Although the date stated was May 28th, our refund was declared “processed” today, May 31st.

Disney has not commented on their timeline for refunds from the closures, but we will continue to keep you updated as we hear more and as we keep an eye on our accounts! Are you an Annual Passholder waiting on a refund? We would love to hear your experience in the comments!
