The cooling system has been completely non-functional across the property for three days without resolution from maintenance teams. Cast Members are working diligently to assist visitors by providing ice water stations and helping locate items in emptied refrigerators. Despite these challenges, dining locations such as Whispering Canyon continue operating normally while others face delays. The situation has created chaotic conditions for both guests and staff during an already sweltering summer period.
