Disney’s Hollywood Studios welcomed a new attraction on May 26th, 2026, as Rock n Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets officially opened to the public. This thrilling ride replaced the long-running Rock n Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith that had been a staple since 1999. The new experience features a pre-show where guests drive Electric Mayhem to G-Force Records in a L.I.M.O. vehicle, with Kermit and Miss Piggy as part of the storyline. Fans have expressed mixed reactions online, with many praising the extensive Muppet representation and numerous Easter eggs throughout the attraction. Some visitors felt the change was unfortunate, particularly those who previously enjoyed the Muppet*Vision 3D show that the ride replaced. Despite criticism from a few guests, the AllEars team of Disney experts concluded that the new ride delivers an exciting and rockin’ experience for visitors.
