Star Wars Smugglers Run Gets Major Upgrades at Disney Parks

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at both Hollywood Studios and Disneyland is receiving significant updates starting today. The attraction will now feature multiple new destinations inspired by classic Star Wars films and the new The Mandalorian and Grogu movie. Guests will now tag along with Mando and Grogu on their bounty hunt for the first time ever. In this updated version, riders join Hondo to smuggle cargo when The Mandalorian and Grogu need assistance. The engineer can now choose between three different locations for the bounty hunt mission. One imperial soldier heads to Coruscant, another goes to Bespin, and a pirate visits the Death Star wreckage. The right engineer picks which location the group visits, determining the specific mission undertaken. Instead of learning from Hondo, The Mandalorian and Grogu now accompany guests throughout the entire ride experience. A screen beside the engineers allows riders to see Grogu for the duration of the adventure. After completing the mission, Mando and Grogu exit their ship to thank guests for their help with the bounties.
