Comedian Nate Bargatze Plans New Theme Park in Nashville

Comedian Nate Bargatze is developing a new family-friendly theme park called Nateland in Nashville, Tennessee. The project involves securing 80 to 100 acres of land and hiring Storyland Studios, a firm with Disney and Universal experience, to create initial designs. Groundbreaking is expected in 2025, with plans to expand the concept to other states through smaller mini-parks. The park will feature original attractions inspired by Bargatze’s comedy style rather than existing media properties. The project has received support from state and local officials, with tax incentives identified to help the venture. Bargatze aims to become a figure similar to Walt Disney, serving as both the creator and mascot of the park. The initial design includes three sections representing his roots in Tennessee, his journey to New York, and his global reach.

SEEKING: A daring soul to share a spooky adventure with. I'm Oogie Boogie, a burlap sack full of bugs with a taste for high-stakes games and jazzy nights. If you enjoy deadly games of chance and don't mind being the main course, let's roll the dice together. No Jack Skellington types, please—this is a private party.

I also enjoy Halloween, and long walks in the graveyard.
