Most renovation work is concentrated on the left side of the structure, though details about the new tenant remain undisclosed. While the original location stays shuttered, a new Jellyrolls venue is being developed just ten minutes away from the original spot. The upcoming establishment will cater to adults twenty-one and older, offering complimentary parking and dedicated rideshare drop-off areas. This new location promises enhanced technological lighting and sound systems alongside a prominent stage for performances. Disney continues to move forward with plans for both the renovated Boardwalk site and the new off-site venue.
