New interactive charts have been released that display survey ratings for restaurants at Disney and Universal theme parks over time. These visualizations allow users to filter results by meal type or dining plan usage, providing deeper insights into guest satisfaction trends. The charts include zoom, pan, and reset controls for easier navigation through the data. Vertical lines mark significant historical events that may have influenced ratings, such as the reintroduction of the Disney Dining Plan in 2024 which caused a notable jump in satisfaction at Be Our Guest restaurant. Hundreds of similar events are tracked across both resorts, including changes to meal service and special awards like Michelin stars for Victoria & Albert’s. Additional features include charts showing typical Lightning Lane distribution times based on crowd levels and customizable odds for when these lanes might run out. The team is also developing best days to visit charts for each park and hotel satisfaction charts that will highlight key events affecting guest experiences. Users are encouraged to provide feedback in the comments section about any additional data they would like to see included in future updates.
