Disney has brought back the beloved Merry Menagerie magic to its Animal Kingdom theme park as the holiday season approaches. A large colorful mural has been painted on a gate connecting Discovery Island to Pandora showing wintry animals. The design includes magical blue patterns and scenes of arctic foxes, penguins, polar bears, and flying birds near the Tree of Life. Disney also stationed a PhotoPass photographer near the mural area for guests to capture festive vacation photos quickly. The full holiday celebration begins on November 13 featuring the Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition and returning puppet shows.
