While Disney has not officially announced the new tenant, numerous rumors suggest possibilities ranging from a sports bar to a jazz club. The construction firm Pittsburgh Paints is handling the renovation work, having completed many other projects at the resort. Observers speculate that the renovated space may feature an outdoor patio overlooking Crescent Lake.
