Disney Boardwalk Resort Undergoes Major Renovation After Jellyrolls Closure

Disney is currently transforming the former Jellyrolls dueling piano bar location at the Boardwalk Resort. Construction crews have removed most of the interior while preserving the iconic striped exterior paint. Workers have installed protective walls and covered large sections of the ground floor with plastic sheeting. Several cutouts have been made in the walls, suggesting that more structural changes are imminent. While Disney has not officially announced the new tenant, numerous rumors suggest possibilities ranging from a sports bar to a jazz club. The construction firm Pittsburgh Paints is handling the renovation work, having completed many other projects at the resort. Observers speculate that the renovated space may feature an outdoor patio overlooking Crescent Lake.
