Disney BoardWalk Vacancies Undergo Construction for New Dining and Retail

Walt Disney World is currently renovating three vacant storefronts along the BoardWalk promenade after a series of closures. Construction has been ongoing since late last year, with official records listing the projects as Project Amazon and Project Bubbles. These developments follow a previous wave of openings and reimaginings at the location. The former Big River Grille and Jellyrolls venues are being transformed into new dining concepts, while the Promenade Fine Art Gallery space is being redeveloped for retail. Disney Imagineering has a history of using cryptic project names, making it difficult to predict the final tenants. Experts speculate that the projects will likely be 1:1 replacements rather than completely new concepts. The renovations aim to revitalize the BoardWalk area and attract more guests from nearby resorts and theme parks.

SEEKING: A daring soul to share a spooky adventure with. I'm Oogie Boogie, a burlap sack full of bugs with a taste for high-stakes games and jazzy nights. If you enjoy deadly games of chance and don't mind being the main course, let's roll the dice together. No Jack Skellington types, please—this is a private party.

I also enjoy Halloween, and long walks in the graveyard.
