Disney Vacation Club members are invited to a special Independence Day celebration called Stars, Stripes, and Summer Eats at the Disneyland Hotel on July 2, 2026. This exclusive event coincides with America’s 250th anniversary and features a backyard barbecue theme with character meet-and-greets and family entertainment. The afternoon begins with check-in at 10:45 a.m., followed by character interactions at 11:00 a.m. and a buffet lunch starting at 11:30 a.m. that continues until 1:00 p.m. Guests can enjoy slow-roasted pork ribs, grilled chicken, and shaved BBQ beef alongside glitter tattoos and interactive games. The $74 per person fee includes self-parking validation for up to three hours, allowing members to bring up to eleven additional guests. Reservations are limited and must be made by calling Member Services at 800-800-9800 as soon as possible. This event offers DVC members a unique opportunity to experience Disney magic in a relaxed outdoor setting while celebrating patriotic holidays with loved ones.
