Disney is preparing updates to its resort landscape by filing new permits for signage installations across six popular locations within the Walt Disney World complex. The company has engaged Kentavo, a local Kissimmee-based contractor, to handle the work which typically involves overnight projects that guests should be aware of during their stay. Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness Resort are among the first sites identified, with the former likely undergoing exterior refurbishment while construction details remain unannounced for the latter. Other affected properties include Polynesian Village Resort, where signs may relate to recent traffic changes or new bus stops, and Grand Floridian Resort which is receiving a replacement sign at its Boca Chica building. The Riviera Resort and Saratoga Springs Resort will also see new signage, with the latter specifically targeting the Paddock section near amenities like the pool and grill. Since these installations are generally quick undertakings, visitors staying at these locations should expect minimal disruption but remain informed about any temporary changes to their environment. This coordinated effort highlights Disney’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing its resort infrastructure while ensuring a seamless experience for millions of annual guests.
