Walt Disney World Annual Passholders should be aware of a temporary operational change at Disney’s Hollywood Studios beginning August 9, 2026. The Mickey Shorts Theater will close to prepare for the distribution of a new Annual Passholder magnet featuring Kermit the Frog. This temporary pause on showing the Vacation Fun animated short film will allow the space to serve as the main pickup hub for Passholders. The Kermit the Frog Passholder Magnet distribution will officially run from August 11 through September 24, 2026, during regular park operating hours while supplies last. Each Passholder must be physically present and show a valid Annual Pass alongside a government-issued photo ID to claim their magnet. In addition to the pickup location, Passholders can look forward to exclusive Muppet perks including an Exclusive Kermit Magic Shot and a Key Lime Kermit Milkshake available through September 24.
