Disney Monorail Resort Boat Dock Reopens After Maintenance at Polynesian

The boat dock at Disney’s Polynesian Resort has reopened after being closed since mid-May for routine maintenance. This closure had temporarily paused the boat rides that connect the resort to Magic Kingdom. Visitors can now once again enjoy the scenic water transportation across Seven Seas Lagoon directly to the park. The dock itself appears different with completely new wood and posts installed along its length, while the awning remains unchanged. This restoration improves access for guests staying at one of Disney’s Monorail resorts near the Magic Kingdom entrance. The reopening allows travelers to experience the convenient boat ride alternative to driving or taking other forms of transportation.
