Disney World Announces Major Updates Including Boardwalk Inn and EPCOT Festival Details

Disney World continues to evolve with significant updates across its resorts and parks. The Boardwalk Inn is undergoing further renovations, including a new venue called Hurly-Burly that will feature daytime family activities and evening entertainment for adults over twenty-one. Additionally, a new store named Basin will offer handcrafted products like natural soaps and bath salts at the resort. EPCOT is preparing for its 2026 International Food and Wine Festival, which will run from late August through November. The festival will feature Eat to the Beat concerts with both returning artists and new acts performing throughout the summer months. Disney also announced the return of the popular Chefs de France Parisian Breakfast Buffet at EPCOT. A notable policy change affects transportation access, as guests without dining or hotel reservations will soon need proof of reservation to use buses and boats from Disney Springs. This rule is set to take effect on June 28th and may impact how visitors navigate between different resort areas.
