Disneyland Resort Shuts Down East Side Hotel Shuttle Service for Construction Projects

Disneyland Resort is implementing major changes to hotel shuttle services affecting Good Neighbor and third-party providers. Beginning November 2, 2026, all drop-off and pick-up operations will relocate from the traditional South Harbor Boulevard entrance near the Esplanade to a new location. This change means Sunday, November 1 will be the final day of service at the Harbor Boulevard location before the shift to Downtown Drive. The new shuttle zone will operate on the west side near the Disneyland Hotel valet loop, just steps from the Lululemon store in Downtown Disney District. This shared space currently accommodates rideshare vehicles and Toy Story Parking Area shuttles for guest transportation needs. The relocation decision stems from ongoing construction on the east side including infrastructure upgrades, a new transportation hub, and pedestrian bridge development. Hotel guests and shuttle services must update their travel plans to accommodate these changes starting the second week of November.

Key Points:

  • Hotel shuttle buses will no longer drop off or pick up guests at the South Harbor Boulevard entrance starting November 2, 2026.
  • The new shuttle area is located on the west side of Downtown Drive near the Disneyland Hotel valet loop.
  • The new drop-off point is situated just steps from the Lululemon store in the Downtown Disney District.
  • Rideshare and Toy Story Parking Area shuttles currently use the same designated area for guest transportation.
