Emile’s Fromage Montage is returning to the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival with fourteen qualifying cheese dishes available across the Global Marketplaces. Inspired by the character from Ratatouille, this food challenge invites guests to purchase five eligible dishes and collect stamps in their Festival Passport. Once five stamps are collected, participants can visit Shimmering Sips to receive a complimentary special treat. The festival officially begins on August 27, giving visitors ample time to explore all offerings throughout the season. Several new options will be introduced later in the event, including selections from Earth Eats and The Alps starting in October. Guests can enjoy diverse cheese experiences ranging from macaroni and cheese variations to international specialties like Basque Cheesecake and Brazilian cheese bread.
