First 2026 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Review at Magic Kingdom

The first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of 2026 took place on August 7th at Magic Kingdom, offering nighttime entertainment, new food items, and special character meet-and-greets. The review team attended in costume as characters from Suite Life of Zack and Cody, with Quincy and Emma wearing blonde wigs while Breedlove portrayed Arwin. A memorable moment involved a young girl named Guinevere who humorously identified herself as a babushka rather than a princess during the Jack Sparrow show. One disappointing aspect was the Guava Lemonade Slushy served at Pecos Bills, which combined guava lemonade with cheesecake foam in an unexpected combination. Cast Members wore new darker costumes featuring skeleton designs instead of traditional bright Halloween colors, while the party entrance featured Lockwood from Haunted Mansion greeting guests. Lighting adjustments created a softer, more dreamy atmosphere compared to previous years’ saturated effects. The review concludes that the party is enjoyable and only beginning, with recommendations for readers to follow AllEars for ongoing Disney World updates.
