Downtown Disney has introduced new lunch options at Gordon Ramsay at the Carnaby restaurant, which now operates daily from 11 AM to 3 PM. The expanded hours include two brand new menu items: the Idiot Sandwich featuring thrice-fried chicken with dill pickle, and a Prawn Cocktail Roll with poached prawns and avocado purée. In addition to these additions, diners can still enjoy signature dishes like Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips, and the Carnaby Wagyu Burger. The restaurant maintains its British theme inspired by London’s Carnaby Street from the 1960s era. Robert Earl, founder of Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, expressed excitement about bringing music and fun to daytime dining experiences. This expansion allows more guests to enjoy the restaurant throughout their Downtown Disney District visits.
