Haunted Mansion Holiday Returns to Disneyland in 2026 with New Gingerbread Music Box Display

The Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay returns to Disneyland Park for the 2026 fall and winter seasons, bringing The Nightmare Before Christmas theme back to New Orleans Square. After a brief closure for installation work, Jack Skellington and his crew have transformed the iconic manor once again with festive decorations including garlands, mathematical Christmas equations, and seasonal greenery on the hearse. The main attraction is a brand new gingerbread music box inside the Grand Ballroom shaped like the mansion itself, featuring a winding key with Santa Jack and regular Jack faces that activates a skeleton cookie ballerina dancer. Inside the ride experience remains largely unchanged with familiar holiday scenes including Jack and Zero in the cemetery entrance, Sally resting on a gravestone in the graveyard, and Oogie Boogie wearing a candy beard at the end of the journey. The attraction will operate continuously through both Halloween Time and Christmas season until early January 2027 for guests to enjoy this seasonal transformation.
