Two friends visited Pigeon Forge Tennessee to explore Dollywood theme park and the surrounding tourist town. During their trip they discovered a $21 per person boat ride attraction that has been operating for decades despite appearing broken down and abandoned. The Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride features animatronic dinosaurs in complete darkness with machine screeches creating an intensely frightening experience. Visitors must wait over a minute before entering the pitch black attraction where they encounter unsettling dinosaur statues and tentacles. The reviewer found the entire journey extremely anxiety-inducing while their companion Quincy held her hand throughout the terrifying ten-minute ride. Although some visitors might enjoy this kitchy themed attraction others will likely find it genuinely horrifying due to its dark atmosphere and spooky elements.
