Disneyland Resort is introducing a new line of interactive plush toys called Batuu Adventure Buddies, featuring beloved Star Wars creatures. The collection begins on August 13, 2026, with an Ewok available exclusively at the Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. These companions are equipped with advanced technology including LCD eyes, motorized facial expressions, and character sounds that respond to touch interactions. Visitors can trigger special animations like a dance party by tapping the plush three times on its head. The toys also react when guests place items such as galactic food or tools into their hands for an immersive experience. Three buddies are planned for release, with the first two arriving at Disneyland Park before expanding to Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort. This innovative merchandise line aims to bring favorite galactic creatures to life in a playful and engaging way for fans of all ages.
