Knott’s Berry Farm has announced two new major attractions coming to its Soak City water park. The first attraction, Kelp Kraze, is an immersive five-person family raft ride making its U.S. debut with twisting and spiraling helix elements. The second attraction, Coral Craze, is inspired by skiing heritage and features a FlyingSAUCER ride system accommodating up to five riders with gravity-defying maneuvers. These new rides will replace the Shore Break slide complex which opened in 2017. The new attractions are scheduled to open in 2027. Park president Raffi Kaprelyan stated these additions represent innovation and combine thrills with shared family experiences. Knott’s Soak City originally opened in 2000 and the park has undergone ownership changes over the decades.
