The United Kingdom’s Kynren attraction in Bishop Auckland is set to expand with a new time-traveling themed section called The Storied Lands. This expansion will open on July 18th and features multiple immersive live-action shows rather than traditional rides. The new areas include a medieval horse stunt show, a water-based legend performance, a large bird show, Viking warrior demonstrations, and a Victorian storytelling maze. Future phases are planned with Roman-era spectacles, Tudor tales, maritime adventures, and stories about Excalibur and Robin Hood. The park aims to transport visitors into different historical periods through large-scale sets, special effects, and theatrical storytelling. Tickets for the opening are now available for purchase.
