The fall transformation at Magic Kingdom is progressing rapidly with autumnal decorations being installed throughout the park. Overnight crews have placed beloved scarecrows in Town Square, each featuring unique carved pumpkin heads representing different Main Street characters. These include a mayor figure, marching band member, shopper, baker, and baseball player dressed in period-appropriate attire. Jack-o-lantern displays surround the scarecrows, with some stacked on crates labeled as Hartrich Farms seeds to honor Walt Disney’s hometown. City Hall and Town Square Theater are framed by matching silly-faced pumpkins while harvest wreaths now decorate nearby storefronts. Iconic Mickey Mouse pumpkin wreaths will soon appear on lampposts down Main Street as the park prepares for its first Halloween party. The festive atmosphere is being carefully crafted to delight guests before the official event begins on Friday, August 7.
