New Blueberry BBQ Pork Chop at Disney Springs Reviewed

Disney Springs offers numerous dining options, but one new item has captured attention. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ introduced an exclusive Blueberry BBQ Pork Chop available only during Memorial Day week. The pork chop is perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender with a sweet barbecue sauce featuring blueberry notes and a smoky finish. Horseradish mashed potatoes are smooth and flavorful, with a pleasant horseradish taste that is not overwhelming. Asparagus sides were perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and tender, complementing the pork chop beautifully. The buttermilk biscuit with cheese and chives is moist, flavorful, and a requested return to the menu. This summer dish is highly recommended for visitors to Disney Springs during the holiday week.
