New Magic Arrives at EPCOT Germany Train Garden with Character Updates

Walt Disney Imagineering and the Engineering Services Artist Prep team are enhancing the beloved Germany Train Garden at EPCOT with new custom structures and character additions. The display, which debuted as a temporary exhibit in 1995 but became permanent due to its popularity, now features architectural elements inspired by Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Biergarten Restaurant. New figures from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs have been added to the village landscape, while Dreamfinder is making an appearance alongside Figment in preparation for a reimagined Journey Into Imagination attraction. The update includes refreshed landscaping, new clock tower structures with archways, and construction details that reference Disney’s ongoing creative process. This significant refresh represents the first major update to the garden in years and demonstrates continued investment in smaller-scale guest experiences across Walt Disney World.
