New Pop Up Dining Arrives at Diamond Horseshoe in Fall 2026

Walt Disney World is introducing a new pop-up dining concept to the Diamond Horseshoe location within Magic Kingdom, expected to launch in Fall 2026. This upcoming venture aims to replace the venue’s recent history of inconsistent menus and its previous role as overflow seating for Liberty Tree Tavern. The new small plates menu will feature savory charcuterie boards, specialty drinks like hot honey lemonade, and a margarita made with LALO Blanco Tequila. While specific details regarding Advance Dining Reservations are still pending, walk-up guests will remain welcome at the location. The announcement comes as Magic Kingdom seeks to address reduced quick-service dining capacity following recent closures of nearby restaurants. Fans have expressed hope that this change will bring more variety and quality to the Frontierland area’s culinary offerings. The venue currently hosts Jessie’s Roundup during Cool Kids’ Summer, which concludes on September 8, 2026. Disney plans to transition the space shortly after this event ends, with an anticipated opening by October 9 of that year. This strategic move reflects a broader effort to enhance the dining landscape and improve guest experiences across the park.
