Royal Caribbean Partners With Sandals In Billion Dollar Deal

Royal Caribbean Group has announced a significant partnership with Sandals Resorts involving an investment of approximately three billion dollars. This agreement creates a joint venture that combines the all-inclusive Caribbean resorts of Sandals and Beaches with Royal Caribbean’s existing vacation portfolio. The deal includes equity acquisition by Royal Caribbean and is expected to close in early 2027 after securing committed debt financing from Morgan Stanley. Existing reservations, loyalty programs, and operations for both companies will continue without immediate changes to current guests.
