The menu features several collaborations with local Orlando restaurants, including The Pink Salamander, Pizza Bruno, and Smoke & Donuts. A virtual queue will be implemented to manage the anticipated high demand from Gideon’s loyal fan base. Founders have confirmed the soft opening after a previous false start in July caused confusion. The restaurant is expected to be a massive hit, offering a savory complement to Gideon’s famous sweet treats.
