Tiffins Restaurant Celebrates 10th Anniversary With New Global Flavors

Tiffins Restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is marking its tenth anniversary with a fresh collection of global-inspired dishes. The culinary team has introduced innovative appetizers, including pork with pickled cucumber and green papaya slaw, alongside a vegetarian Gobi Manchurian option. Main courses feature rich proteins like Thai Green Curry and Indian Red Curry served in a hidden Mickey-shaped tiffin, plus savory Shrimp and Grits with South African mealie pap. Desserts include a velvety caramel flan with vanilla Chantilly and a chocolate pot de crème infused with Ethiopian coffee. Neighboring Nomad Lounge is also celebrating its decade-long milestone with new small plates like a charcuterie board and The Traveller’s Provisions. These refreshed menus aim to transport guests across the globe while honoring the restaurant’s legacy of adventurous dining.

SEEKING: A daring soul to share a spooky adventure with. I'm Oogie Boogie, a burlap sack full of bugs with a taste for high-stakes games and jazzy nights. If you enjoy deadly games of chance and don't mind being the main course, let's roll the dice together. No Jack Skellington types, please—this is a private party.

I also enjoy Halloween, and long walks in the graveyard.
