BermudAir Shifts Flights from Orlando to Sanford Airport for Travelers

BermudAir has announced a significant change in its flight operations, moving services from Orlando International Airport to the smaller Orlando Sanford International Airport. The airline previously partnered with MCO in 2024 after launching in 2023 to provide luxury year-round travel between Bermuda and the U.S. East Coast. CEO Adam Scott noted that while Orlando is a great destination for Bermudians, it represents an untapped market opportunity for flights between the two regions. The airline has now decided to relocate its operations to Sanford Airport, which offers a more efficient travel experience according to SFB CEO Nicole Martz. Starting in December, BermudAir will also begin offering flights from Sanford to Belize alongside the existing Bermuda route. Ticket prices for economy class range from $189 to $289 one-way, with options for business class upgrades that include larger seats and priority boarding. The airline distinguishes itself by removing middle seats and serving Bermudian snacks and drinks during flights.
