California Grill Unveils New Menu Items and Signature Cocktail at Disney’s Contemporary Resort

California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort has introduced several new menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests. The refreshed offerings include a Fire-Roasted Artichoke Flatbread with white bean purée and ramp aioli, alongside a Domestic Lamb entrée featuring herb-ricotta gnudi and fava beans. Seafood enthusiasts can now enjoy Cioppino, a hearty dish containing black bass, clams, shrimp, calamari, mussels, crispy garlic chips, and sourdough croutons. Existing dishes have also been updated, with the Hearts of Romaine salad replaced by a traditional Caesar Salad and the Seared Salmon transformed into a Teriyaki-Glazed Salmon option. To complement these culinary additions, California Grill is launching the Honeycomb Fizz cocktail made with Casamigos Blanco Tequila, house-made lemon and honey syrup, peach nectar, and Domaine Carneros Brut. The restaurant has also updated its children’s menu with new side options including broccolini and white basmati rice.
