City Works Eatery and Pour House at Disney Springs has introduced a new summer Chef Select menu featuring two exclusive drinks and two food items. The Berry Lemonade Aperol Spritz combines Aperol, blueberry syrup, raspberry syrup, housemade lemonade, sparkling wine, soda, and Sprite for a refreshing cocktail option. Alternatively, guests can try the Transfusion made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, grape juice, lime juice, and ginger ale as another beverage choice. On the food side, the Truffle Mushroom Burger offers a beef patty topped with truffled mushroom duxelle, gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, arugula, roasted garlic aioli, and crispy red onions on a brioche bun for $21.45. For those preferring lighter fare, the Crispy Rice Salad includes crispy rice, chili crisp, baby kale, carrots, red onion, cucumber, bell peppers, avocado, and lemon tahini dressing priced at $16.95. These limited-time offerings will be available until August 11th at the Disney Springs location for visitors to enjoy.
