Disney has announced a new dining location for the Luminous The Symphony of Us Fireworks Dining Packages at EPCOT. Shiki-Sai Sushi Izakaya in the Japan Pavilion will join the program starting August 27, 2026, alongside existing locations Rose and Crown and Spice Road Table. Pricing for the Shiki-Sai package starts at $120 per person for ages 10 and older, and $60 for children ages 3 to 9, excluding tax and gratuity. The Disney Dining Plan is not accepted for this experience. Guests must check in 60 minutes prior to the Luminous show and will enjoy guaranteed fireworks viewing from the second-floor restaurant. A separate outdoor patio seating option is also available at lower prices, with check-in 15 minutes before the show. All party members ages 3 and up must purchase the package. For adults 21 and older, the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience offers an alternative viewing option.
