Disney Cruise Line Eliminates Prix Fixe Menus at Specialty Palo Restaurants

Disney Cruise Line is transitioning away from its traditional prix fixe dinner menu at popular specialty dining venues including Palo, Palo Steakhouse, and Palo Trattoria. This change affects all ships in the fleet and replaces the set-price multi-course dining experience with an à la carte menu featuring select favorite dishes. The transition is scheduled to begin later this month on specific ships following a rollout schedule. Platinum and Pearl Castaway Club members can still use their $55-per-person dinner credits toward the new menu options. However, Disney Cruise Line has clarified that complimentary member dining benefits apply only to dinner service and cannot be used for Palo brunch. Existing reservation holders have the option to modify their dining plans online through the My Reservations portal up to three days before sailing.
