Disney Dreamlight Valley Celebrates Winnie the Pooh with New Honeyglow Woods Expansion

Disney Dreamlight Valley celebrates the centennial of Winnie the Pooh with a new expansion called Honeyglow Woods, releasing on July 8. Players will explore a magical biome inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood, featuring challenging puzzles and forgotten secrets hidden within its storybook landscapes. The adventure begins when players plant a special Tree Sprout to create a glowing gateway that leads into the mysterious forest where Pooh and his friends have been trapped. Visitors can reunite with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, and Eeyore by solving their individual quests, such as helping Eeyore find a new tail or assisting Piglet in overcoming his fears. The expansion introduces four distinct areas including a sunny meadow for napping, a murky marsh full of ponds, a dense forest for facing fears, and a hidden glen filled with honeycombs. New gameplay mechanics like beekeeping allow players to generate honey by pollinating flowers around Busy Bees Houses, which also accelerates flower growth in the same biome. The update adds adorable hedgehogs as new critters with their own photo modes and friendship levels, alongside a mini-game called Pooh Sticks for leveling up relationships. Honey collected from bee boxes unlocks exclusive recipes and furniture items such as Warm Milk & Honey and Poohs Birthday Cake for players to enjoy in their villages. This optional paid Adventure Pack is available on all platforms with a bundled version offering the base game and expansion for 10,000 Moonstones. Apple Arcade Edition owners receive immediate access without additional purchase, while early buyers before July 22 get an exclusive Rainy Day Winnie the Pooh Dream Style. The Summer Showcase also announced Ralph from Wreck-It Ralph as a new villager arriving later in the summer with features inspired by video game nostalgia. Additional free base game updates and a new expansion are planned for later in the year to continue enhancing the player experience. A Twitch Drops activation runs from June 17 to June 24, allowing viewers to unlock an Eeyore Ears Headband by watching partnered creator streams. This celebration of Disney magic brings beloved characters and interactive elements together in a whimsical new chapter for Dreamlight Valley enthusiasts.
