Six Flags Over Texas has officially announced the opening date for its new record-setting attraction, Tormenta Rampaging Run. This groundbreaking giga dive coaster will be the tallest, fastest, longest, and most inverted dive coaster in the world upon its debut on June 26th. The thrilling ride features a height of 309 feet with a beyond-vertical drop of 285 feet at an angle of 95 degrees. Tormenta combines the excitement of a dive coaster with the scale of a giga coaster, including multiple massive inversions and a record-breaking vertical loop. The attraction will be located in the new Spanish village area known as Rancho de la Tormenta within the park. This innovative ride is expected to shatter six world records simultaneously when it opens to the public this summer.
