Disney Relocates Olivia’s Cafe Family Photos to Albums at Old Key West Resort

A significant change has occurred at Disney’s Old Key West Resort regarding the display of member vacation photos that once adorned the walls of Olivia’s Cafe. Following routine maintenance, Disney decided to remove these photographs because some had aged or started to fade over time. The images have been carefully preserved and relocated into a collection of family albums now housed at the nearby Conch Flats Community Hall. Sixteen albums are currently on display, allowing guests and Disney Vacation Club members to browse through years of cherished memories that were previously visible throughout the restaurant. While the new nautical-themed decor with anchors and coastal signs gives Olivia’s Cafe a fresh look, many appreciate how the original wall display created a cozy neighborhood atmosphere. Members can still submit their own photos for potential inclusion in the ongoing collection by following Disney’s submission guidelines and providing necessary release forms.
