Benny, a golden retriever who served as a Disneyland security dog for six years, is retiring from his role protecting guests and cast members. His handler Kevin describes Benny as an exceptional dog who was never aggressive or overly reactive to other animals. Currently, Disneyland employs 28 security dogs that undergo rigorous training before joining the team at the resort.
