Disneyland is preparing for its upcoming Halloween season, which begins on August 21st and runs through October 31st. The event will feature returning attractions like Guardians of the Galaxy: Monsters After Dark and Haunted Mansion Holiday. A new street party called Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake will replace the Frightfully Fun Parade due to construction delays on a new boat ride attraction. Oogie Boogie Bash tickets, an after-hours Halloween party at Disney California Adventure, will go on sale in mid-June for $139 to $199 per person. Summer updates include extended nighttime shows and new character popcorn buckets celebrating the 20th anniversary of Cars. Construction continues across the resort with mixed progress on various projects like Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters refurbishment and Avengers Campus expansion. New food offerings are arriving at Downtown Disney, including Philadelphia Italian ice and a collaboration between Salt & Straw and five celebrity chefs.
