Universal’s Epic Universe has updated its Early Park Admission procedures once again following previous changes made in March. Testing conducted on July 7 revealed that general admission guests now follow specific paths based on their intended destination rather than being directed to a single area. Visitors heading to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and other specific lands are routed along a path with concierge services, while those going to Super Nintendo World wait in Celestial Park. The park offers 60 minutes of early access for ticket holders, which is significantly longer than the 30-minute window provided at Disney World for resort guests. During the test, the Universal app indicated that Hiccup’s Wing Glider was temporarily unavailable, though an actual wait time of only ten minutes was observed when the ride became operational. Character meet-and-greets were affected by extreme heat and humidity, with Captain Cacao remaining available longer due to a powerful air conditioning unit behind his station. The park continues to adjust its operations based on guest flow and environmental conditions as it settles into its regular schedule.
