Downtown Disney will soon welcome Happy Ice, a Los Angeles-based premium Italian ice brand known for its handcrafted frozen desserts. The new cart will feature vibrant fruit-forward Philadelphia water ice made from scratch with real fruit, pure cane sugar, and premium ingredients. Every flavor is all-natural, free from high fructose corn syrup and artificial dyes, offering guests an elevated take on frozen desserts while maintaining nostalgic flavors and textures. Guests will also be introduced to JOY-LATI, a new layered dessert featuring Italian ice, vanilla sweet cream, sauces, fresh fruit, and nostalgic flavors such as Banana Pudding and Strawberry Shortcake. The menu includes new specialty flavors like Berry Bonanza and Cloud 9 alongside fruit-based sauces and monthly exclusives that showcase the company’s focus on innovation and creativity. Lemeir Mitchell, Founder and CEO of Happy Ice, expressed excitement about opening at Downtown Disney, calling it a full-circle moment for someone who grew up as a huge Disney kid.
