Horizon Air has unveiled a new custom livery on an Embraer 175 aircraft featuring characters from the upcoming Toy Story 5 movie. The specially painted plane showcases beloved favorites Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie alongside new tech toy characters like Lilypad and Snappy. Playful callouts such as Saddle Up It’s Takeoff Time appear on the fuselage along with floating clouds and surprise appearances by Forky and Karen Beverly on the winglets. Alaska Airlines officially revealed this whimsical design during a special event at Portland International Airport earlier today. The aircraft has been named To 45 and Beyond, commemorating both Buzz Lightyear’s famous mantra and Horizon Air’s upcoming 45th anniversary of service across the regional network. This new livery joins nine other Disney-themed aircraft already flying in Alaska Airlines’ fleet, including Star Wars Transport to the Disneyland Resort. The vibrant design aims to bring adventure and imagination to travelers while celebrating the enduring spirit of the Toy Story franchise.
