The highly anticipated land will feature Harryhausen’s Restaurant, a sushi eatery inspired by the original Pixar film. This restaurant is named after legendary special effects pioneer Ray Harryhausen whose creature designs inspired Monsters Inc. The head chef of this establishment is a six-armed octopus animatronic character. Disney plans to recreate the restaurant in full with authentic Japanese decorative elements and upscale sushi menu items. The land will also include The Glob Theater, Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza, and various other attractions themed around the Monsters Inc universe.
