The Light Lounge has officially opened its doors at EPCOT, situated conveniently along the pathway between Test Track and the Mexico Pavilion. This new venue provides guests with a spacious area featuring numerous tables and chairs, alongside excellent air conditioning to combat the intense humidity prevalent in Disney World. Entertainment is provided through The Glow Show, which presents charming performances hourly from 11:30am until 5:30pm daily, with young children encouraged to view the tricks from behind a designated glow rope on the floor. Dining options include standard chicken strips and fries found throughout all four parks, two churro varieties that offer less value than other EPCOT treats, and a small selection of draft beers including the recommended Five Limes from BrewDog. The primary advantages of this location are its generous space, cool temperature providing relief from the heat, and close proximity to restrooms, making it an ideal spot for guests seeking a break even if they only grab complimentary ice water.
