Disney has unveiled new details about the second attraction coming to its upcoming Cars-themed expansion at Magic Kingdom. The family-friendly ride will be themed around Miss Fritter, the fearsome demolition derby queen and beloved school bus from Cars 3. A scale model of Piston Peak National Park was displayed at D23, providing a clearer view of the ride mechanism. The attraction appears to use a rotating turntable flat-ride system similar to Cars Race Rally at Disneyland Paris. Guests will board vehicles that slide, spin, and weave between rotating turntables for a lighthearted spinning experience set within Miss Fritter’s world. This new ride complements the land’s headlining off-road rally race by offering an approachable option for younger guests and families. Along with the two attractions, Piston Peak National Park will feature Ranger HQ, rustic trails, and an original car character named Ranger J. Autobahn Woodlore.
