Disney has announced a limited-time food and drink pop-up event coming to the historic Diamond Horseshoe restaurant in Magic Kingdom this fall. The new offering will feature small plates and specialty beverages inside the Old West-themed Frontierland saloon, providing guests with a fresh dining option. One of the first revealed dishes is a charcuterie board containing cured beef, fancy bacon, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles. Additional shareable menu items will be announced later before the full menu launches. Guests can enjoy non-alcoholic Enchanting Ember Lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, hot honey, and a chili-lime rim. Adults will have access to the Cactus Rose Margarita featuring LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime, and agave. The restaurant has not yet revealed an opening date or reservation details, though walk-up availability is expected. The traditional family-style Thanksgiving feast will remain available at the nearby Liberty Tree Tavern during this pop-up period.
